    BSOD need help

    Please help.
Its been two weeks since my netbook/notebook crashed. I have been using safe mode just to open and be able to use it. I owned Acer Aspire One D255. I bought it about 6 months ago. It runs Windows 7 Starter, 32 bit, 1 GB DDR3 memory, 250 GB HDD.

I have this data but I don't know how to interpret this one:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.11
    Locale ID: 13321

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 19
    BCP1: 00000020
    BCP2: 86115C90
    BCP3: 86115D10
    BCP4: 1810000A
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\091311-38189-01.dmp
    C:\Windows\Temp\WER-57595-0.sysdata.xml

I tried system recovery for how many times but it didn't help at all. I tried returning my computer to factory condition too however it didn't work, there's something that causes error to it.
