BSOD Logmein Central Dashboard Perf Info Open Files, err 0x000000C4

When I click on the Open files link under Logmein Performance Information the Computer crashes with the following BSOD

"A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught. the driver currently on the kernel stack must be replaced with a working version. "

I am attaching the requested file after running your utility.

For some reason the Performance Monitor report will not run on my system.

    Hi Scruples98

The problem with the attachment is that your computer didn't give us any .dmp files so please follow this guide and then run the Logmein Performance Information again to make the computer crash then look in C:\Windows\Minidump folder for a dump file and zip it then upload it. Chances are it happening from the Logmein program but before we make that assessment let try and get a minidump file. Or you can also look in C:\Windows for a MEMORY.dmp you could upload that as well..

Looks like I am missing the dmp files again. I tried searching for them but I am not finding them Perhaps Windows is not creating them. Where do I check that Windows creates these dmp files when I get a BSOD?

Also, I am getting this error message when I try to generate a performance report.

    Error:

An error occured while attempting to generate the report.

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
How do I get this service working?

    Hi Scruples,

Since we haven't been able to receive any dump file from your system, and having looked through your other logs and stuff I'm really concerned about how many errors I'm seeing in the event viewer. It's very rare that I make this type of suggestion but I think that it would be the best suggestion that I could make. I would get the important data from of of the computer and put it on removable media such as a usb or another drive or dvd's and completely wipe the drive and reinstall to a clean HDD.

The best way to do that would be to follow this guide: SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation
