Windows 7: Several Random BSOD's

Several Random BSOD's

Hi, I am new here but I am looking for some guidance. I am receiving several BSOD's while playing games like League of Legends, and also while browsing the internet or even viewing you tube. Some of these errors include:
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
REFERENCE_BY_POINTER
Driver_IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS
BAD_POOL_HEADER

After doing a tiny bit of research i determined this would be the best place to come for help. I recently have built this CPU and it is my first one. Some of the specs are as follows:

Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.4GHz

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900)

EVGA 01G-P3-1556-KR GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) FPB 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

GIGABYTE GA-G41M-Combo LGA 775 Intel G41 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Windows 7 64bit

I believe all of my drivers are updated. After receiving these errors I've had to system restore to a previous point in order to log into windows without an error. I think it might have something to do with Adobe Air but i really don't know. As you can tell I'm not 100% computer savvy so any help you can throw my way will be much much appreciated! Just let me know if you need any more info. Thanks again.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Use the chkdsk /r command to check for disk for bad sectors using command prompt.

After that is done run sfc /scannow on the system with an elevated command prompt to fix file system errors..

Also update Nvdia Drivers....
Network drivers

If the errors don't subside after those fixes then run a memtest86 follow this guide: RAM - Test with Memtest86+
