After doing things that keep the CPU at 100% for a while, my video driver crashes. When I watch youtube videos, the video just stays green. When I try to reload the video, my computer gets a BSOD.

RAM: 2x2gb DDR3
APU: AMD Fusion E-350
Windows 7 Professional x64
OS and system have been used for 6 months

De-install your ATI graphics software completely. Finish that off by the extra step of using Driver Sweeper:
Install latest driver(!) NOT Catalyst Center(!) from ati.com.When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver.
