BSOD while playing Burnout, error: Vista driver fault

I m pretty confused
i was playing burnout and the BSOD came.
it stated bad_pool_header
so i checked the minidump files and it said vista driver fault.
Now BSOD is coming quite regularly.
It comes when i do anything, even browse net.

Please help!
Thank you

I have attached the Minidump folder
any help would be appreciated...

This is most probably a RAM fault according to the dumps
