When was the last time the computers cpu fan was blown out from dust and stuff? It could be overheating I had the same thing happening with my computer. Please monitor temps with speedfan:

Download SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

When you set it up go to configure then options and instead of Celsius scale make it read Fahrenheit so we can see.

Also for the error in your event logs please download the attached file I have uploaded and run it. It will fix that issue.

Hey,

My computer is a brand new build, with intel Dx58S02 motherboard, intel i7 990x with and Corsair 2000mhz 12gb ram. I have check voltages and temps ect using Intels monitoring software can with the motherboard all perfect due to huge CPU I'm only running around 3% usage plus having around 8 fans in my coolmaster HAF case. I download the RAID driver from marvels website and went through the setup wizard like install a program then again went on intel website and look updates it was extactly the same version as I downloaded. After installing the new driver it froze again so tried to reinstall the driver and it said u have uninstall a certain verson (can't remember the number) but it was the newest version I was installing. Implying that the newer driver was installed. Maybe I'm approaching this wrong? :s

I will run the programs you suggest and upload the reports anyway when I get home.

Seth your my only hope! Thank you so so much fOr taking your time to try and help me
