Runtime error and Devicemanager.exe stopped working.

    Hello,

I am getting these 2 dialog boxes when the system starts up. This appears for 5-7 times and I have to press 'Ok', 'Close the program' every time.
It goes away after 5-7 attempts and then it doesn't appear on hibernate resume etc until next restart.
    Attachment 174976
The sequence of events that I remember which caused this are related to installation of USB modem driver. The Huawei USB modem drivers were for Windows XP I believe and hence could not detect the device on installation. So I played around a lot to install/uninstall those drivers, system restore etc. From that day onwards I am seeing this error.

    Any help is highly appreciated.
