Hey japrestone, I'm good I don't get to frustrated at least I don't try too LOL! Anyhow I think a lot of issues would be solved if you upgraded you laptop to sp1 and ou could try these hotfixes but I think sp1 would be the best bet: Download Details - Microsoft Download Center - Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (KB976932)
