Sound slowing down, laptop restarting/crashing/BSOD
I am having a recurring problem with my Samsung NP-S3510-A03UK Notebook. It keeps crashing, restarting and/or showing the BSOD.
I wouldn't mind so much, but this laptop is just new, I only bought it about 2 months ago ...if that. Before crash/restart/BSOD, the sound generaly starts to slow down or lag, sometimes it sounds like there is something interfering with the sound. Most of the time, I get the BSOD. But sometimes, it just restarts. 90% of the time, the restart/BSOD is followed directly after the coumpter seemingly slowing right down (even if barely any programmes are running). This always seems to be when I am watching video or listening to audio online, or browsing the web while watching video/listening to audio seperatly.
For this reason, I initialy thought that it was my internet USB dongle that was interfering with my sound/video card (I have a Vodaphone USB dongle for internet use), as this problem only ever seemed to occur when I went online; as soon as I closed the web browser and/or the video or audio ...the computer would speed up again and the problem would stop. However, I have since seen this problem happen when I wasn't even online ...although, in fairness, I hadn't long went offline.
I have tried a complete system restore but the problem came back almost instantaneously. I have also tried switching web browsers and media player programmes and my drivers are apparantly all up to date. I can't understand how a new laptop could be having such problems straight away. My only explanation is that its something to do with my USB dongle. I have attached the BSOD Dump & System File Collection app and System Health Report, as advised. Below is the spec of my laptop. Any help you could give me would be gladly appreciated.
