Windows 7: Microsoft .NET Framework Error Report

Hi Everyone,

I'm new here so please forgive the green around my ears.

For the past while, I've been getting an error report pop-up regarding .NET Framework. It happens approximately 20min after starting my computer.

The pop-up states:

The best thing for you to do is completely uninstall net framework and then reinstall it. You may have to uninstall the updates made by windows updates first to uninstall the main application. After you uninstall it from control panels programs and features then go here to download the full setup of net framework 4:
