BSOD with RME FIREFACE 800 (firewire) and Windows 7 64

I switched from vista 64 to windows 7 64 2 weeks ago and my soundcard seems to cause BSOD in windows 7. Cf the dumps in attachement. It workd fine during 4 years with Vista 64.
The soundcard is a RME FIREFACE 800 (firewire!) with latest driver and firmeware. The BSOD occur sporadically but always related to some soundcard actions (like opening a prg, starting an mp3 etc).
I tried with both the default TI 1394 driver and the legacy one, and I get the same results : some BSOD from time to time. I checked my computer with memtest86 and so on, it is fine.
It is turning me mad, I spent one week trying to figure it out...hope some genius get inspired by the dumps thanks for helping!
