dxgmms1.sys BSoD several times a day
Hello everybody!
About two weeks ago, I received my new computer, and, since then, I have been dealing with Blue Screens of Death several times a day, mainly while playing games like Crysis Warhead and The Witcher 2. The computer is, in fact, a 27" iMac, but I run Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit through Boot Camp. The stop error that I receive in BSoDs can vary, but the last time I got one (about half an hour ago) it showed the 0x0000003B stop error. This thing is pulling out my nerves, because I really do not know what to do! I already cleaned my drivers and reinstalled them with no apparent result... Any help would be greatly appreciated; my PC is only two weeks old and has been giving me problems since day one.
*EDIT*
System Specifications:
- Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit (Full Retail; as Apple Boot Camp required me to install a Windows OS. It is the "original" Windows version of Boot Camp, though. Has never been replaced or changed)
- Intel Core i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz
- 8GB of RAM Memory
- AMD Radeon HD 6970m 1GB
Thanks in advance.
