Random BSOD Happening A Few Times A Day, Please Help!

System specs are :

Op sys: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit 1-Pack for System Builders

Power: 600 Watt unsure of brand.

Computer just crashes at random times, Internet browsing, Excel, Word, Music....I also use this computer for work and I have lost data so many times, it is really frustrating.

I have tried updating drivers, and I have uninstalled Anti Virus with Revo Uninstaller...Nothing seems to help.

Can someone PLEASE help me.
