ok this may help all you guys
My pc shutdowns randomly sometimes after few hours or few minutes or when its booting.it also shutdowns when i move it by a inch or 2.then in all the above cases it does not start directly from power button.i have to turn off all the power plugs connected to pc then turn them on.and on every start of random shutdown it forms a crashdump file on opening the crashdump it says hardware fault 0x124 authentic amd processor bus srv.i therefore manually turned down ma computer from the main power plug and again on reboot a crashdump was formed which was similar to the crashdump formed by auto shutdown.also i have faulty ram sloths.when ever i insert then after removing and turn on ma pc only the motherboard light glows and no beep sound is heard and no display is seen then i have to press the sticks in or interchange the sloths(i have dual channel ram an 2gb and 1gb of same company and frequency) I don't think its temperature or over heating because Cpu temp in xtreme conditions is 55c and temp of ram is 47c and when ideal its hardly 40c of whole system.also on every fresh boot not from restart an whea logger error event id 20 is registered in event viewer. My specs are 3gb kingston ram,320gb WD Cavier blue, asus m2a74-am board, amd athlon x2 240 2.80 ghz,ati radeon 5670 1gb,5 fans, including the cpu fan excluding graphic card fan,hp dvd writer, usb gigabyte mouse and keyboard and zebronics smps platinum 550w system runs on windows 7 sp1 32bit. What do u think is causing the problem?

    Hello,

It seems this is a problem with either the RAM or motherboard. Try removing all but one stick of RAM and booting up. If you have any problems, take out that stick and replace it with another.

Also, run Memtest86 on each stick individually, placing both sticks in the same slot. Then move the sticks to another slot and run Memtest86 again.

Isolate the RAM stick that is the problem and then replace it.

I'd think that whatever the RAM/motherboard problem is is also the culprit of your crashes. I'd expect the problems to go away as soon as you replace the bad hardware.
