Well the dump is pointing to tcpip.sys which the first thing that comes to mind is update your network controller drivers please run this little utility called system info and get the information to your network card and post it here the utility is attached to this post.
Also looking through your event logs there are some errors that we can fix:
Code:
Event[20]:

Event ID: 10

Description:
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.
The fix for this is also attached to this post, download and run the .vbs file and it will fix the issue with the above error just follow the screen instructions when you run it..
Next:
Code:

The fix for this is also attached to this post, unzip the authroot.stl and right click on it and click on install ctl and import the certificate. That will fix the above error.
Let me know if you need help locating the network driver for your system the system info tool is a great way to see what make and model your network adapter and other components on your computer are.
Thanks
