BSOD randomly happening after installing SP1 WIN 7

    Hi guys

i am recently experiencing BSOD issues ( don't remember the code cuz it happens even in idle mode when i'm not home )

so i installed WIN7 64 bit on an OEM Machine Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Desktop 3630P
    has a Q8200 quad to core processor , 4 gb ram , 1 Zotac GTX 460 768 MB edition.

all went smooth till i upgraded to SP1 and had a BSOD on 4/09/2011 .. first attachment file .

    then 2 days ago
it crashed on me while i was playing Rift ( notice i had zotac firestorm installed and vcard oc-ed to 800/1900/1600 )

then i rebooted and leave it with factory vcard 710/ 1800/1420 and it crashed again after 3 hours in idle mode . so i assume has nothign to do with overclock .

i don't have daemon tools installed cuz it's known it gives problems with sp1
also my win is totaly updated , same goes for drivers .

also i though might have somethign to do with energy issues ( i have a corsair 500W atx shoudln't be a problem) and in nvdia CP changed the energy management to full performance instead of adaptive.

also i dont' have any kind of energy save profile only monitor shutting down after 20 minutes .

still dont' get it why it happens maybe soem expert dump. file reader could give me a hand .. thank you

anyone managed to put an eye on the dumps ??

the system hasn't crash in the latests 10 hours , maybe because i keep the gpu cool and in factory settings , nut i want someone to confirm it, also i ran a sfc /scannow and it's all fine meaning no win errors .

crashes are intensifying .and all of them are coded Power Kernel ID 41 (63) ,what i did till now trying to fix it.

    1. updated the chipset drivers for my nforce 630i /geforce 7100 .
    2. i got a DRIVER IRQ_LESS_THAN_EQUAL error with usbohci.sys so i thought that i might have a faulty usb device . so unplugged all ( the kb , the xwinger usb mouse , and the usb port ) and let it idle for a bit .. it crashed after like 30 minutes . i even unplugged the front pannel usb card reader .
    3. standing to some nvidia gtx460 users as me the 280.26 drivers where creating a power management issue . In fact one of the bsod was created by the nvdlkmkm.sys file. so i reverted to 275.33 drivers which i used for like 6 months with no problem . it crashed again.
    4. i switched to the other OP win 7 32bit and had the same crash also . dunno what to do anymore . can someone look onto those dumps pls ??
the second minidump contains dumps from the 32 op crashes.
