I know, bad title.
If I try to start up Windows 7 and log in as normal, I then normally click on an icon in the notification area. This causes explorer.exe to freeze, and prevents me from backing out of it(Ctrl+Alt+Del/Ctrl+/\ Shift+Esc). However, if I log in and do Ctrl+Alt+Del at the "Welcome" screen, [I]then[I/] click "Start Task Manager", THEN
terminate "explorer.exe", I have a perfectly, usable desktop, so long as I use Task Manager to execute and terminate processes. Currently, I can only use Windows Explorer in Safe Mode. Is there a way for me to use Windows Explorer outside of Safe Mode?
