    BSOD after scanning with cleaner

Sorry about title not too sure when or how, I was leaving for the dentist this morning and prior to leaving I cleaned out the system with Advanced System care4. Then I closed it all up but left it running, when I came back home it was at the login screen which meant it shut down. after loggin in it was noted that I had a BSOD and about the info, so I downloaded the griff file and did a perfmon (attached).

I did take a lookj at the perfmon real quick and noticed it had three issues, and which I had thought they were aready installed, but then I came to the conclusion that one capture card could be the first 2 issues, so I installed the drivers and the yellow marks are gone in device manager, the other was for USB drivers, again I thought they were installed so tried another install of the 3.0 USB drivers and that also took away the yellow flag. Could THAT have been all? or is there something else that is in the jgriff file. Please let me know.

This is the same system as I have had all along in my specs, just that I replaced the OS with new hard drive.

    OS: W764, 16 gb ram, wd 10k 300gb hd, 1tb 6gbs, mb M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3

Thanks again, gotta go pick up son....
