BSOD Stop 0x00000124 while playing BFBC2

I recently built a new system and since then whenever I attempt to play BFBC2, my computer will randomly shut down into the BSOD. After restarting it, a windows pops up with this information:

    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033
    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 124
    BCP1: 0000000000000000
    BCP2: FFFFFA8008C67028
    BCP3: 00000000BF800000
    BCP4: 0000000000200001
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1
Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\091911-27175-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Zach\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-62384-0.sysdata.xml

I thought the problem may have been cause by an outdated graphic card driver, so I updated it, but the problem continues. The BSOD originally showed up about a week ago. At that time I thought it might have been related to the GPU. So I messed with the settings and OC the Memory on the graphics card, just slightly, and the problem stop. I played BFBC2 for a couple hours one night without any problems. Well today I was talking to my brother and he told me that I shouldn't OC the memory on the GPU. So after I put it back to normal, the BSOD Stop 0x00000124 started happening again. Any information would be greatly appreciated, as this problem has become quite frustrating. Thanks.

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.
