BSOD after Windows splash but before login

Greetings! It appears that since yesterday afternoon my computer has kersploded on me. I've attempted to update my video card drivers, but to no avail.

    NVLDDMKM.SYS FFFFF88011FA0CD8 base at FFFFF88011E30000

    Windows 7 Professional (64bit)
    AMD Phenom™ II X6 1100T Black Edition Six-Core CPU
    16 Gigs of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 2GB (single)
    750 Watt Corsair CMPSU-750TX
    80 Gig SSD
    2TB HD

Please let me know if I've missed anything!

Sorry, I forgot to add this in my original reply:

Now, when I'm in safe mode (or when I was in the process of doing a clean video card driver install which would let me login like normal) there's these red lines going across my screen. I move my mouse across them and they disappear for a few moments but then return.
