Windows 7: BSOD error messages : system service exception and irql less not equal

Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit. SP1.
 
 

* There is no additional relevant information in this current DMP file.

* Have you re-run SFC /scannow?

* Any new BSOD's?

* Can you check event viewer to see if there is something relevant logged there?

* Where are you getting the APC mismatch from?



There are several ways to find what the problem is.
The best is to go into event viewer (type eventvwr in search).
Go to the windows log>application tab.
Finally the windows Logs>system tabs.
Look for critical errors (they have red in the left column ) that say app hang, app crash, or anything that relates to the problem.
Note the event ID, and the source codes and tell us what they are.

Thanks for the reply ! I checked what you said and i got too many errors in both application and system tab.Also i noticed a critical error in system (many times) with Source : Kernel-power & event id : 41.
Is that the problem ?

I note you omitted to answer some of the questions earlier.
Viz >
