BSOD after installing new memory, but memtest comes back all passed?
Hello, I've just recently purchased more memory for my computer and everything seemed to be working fine. Recently I've been getting 3B BSOD errors and just 5 minutes ago got one that was a 1E message. I've been trying to figure out why it was doing this, but when I look up the 3B message it says its a memory issue, I ran memtest all night and it ran 3 passes and received no errors so this cant be the issue, right?
I am running a x58 asus mobo, purchased last year. I just purchased 24 gb of corsair 1600 memory (this is the max my mobo can support).
I don't seem to have any other issues, the only thing I've been wondering about is if it might be a problem with my HDD but I don't see any other signs of hard drive damage or slow down.
