    new mobo/psu, applecharger.sys on/off utility? before.. error BCCODE50

the bsod has come on after a clean installation of windows 7 ultimate 64 bit after installing microsoft office and re-installing to finish updating it. Each and everytime I get the error message back on the desktop and applecharger.sys showing up at the top of the bsod. Ive been threading for past 24 hours and a few people have said it is my ram.

    i have:

    • updated my on/off utility,,,
    • updated to latest bios
    • re-installed os checked and repaired on/off utility
Lond story short my motherboard shorted two psu's on tuesday , and since then ive had a new motherboard p67ad3 b3

My curiosity is that when i had my system working on the asrock board since April I might have downloaded office 2010 from the website not from dvd. I will attempt this now,,and do a clean install pror,,because im not sure if uninstaling office will solve the bsod.

my bsod is both a random occurence and upon shutdown.
Previously when I didn't format the partition t was also upon all simultaneous upgrades requiring restarts, if this is any help.

I can only think to try the office 2010 download,,and or teamviewer help,,,,
