BSOD KNERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR Stop 0x000007A
Hi,
A few hours ago, I had a BSOD. This happened when I tried to reply to an email in Outlook.
KNERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR
Technical Information
Stop 0x000007A
(I have the next series of text/numbers, and the ntfs.sys address text/numbers if required.)
I have recently installed a new 60GB SSD hard drive, which has Windows, Office and a few other key apps on it. I have larger secondary hard drive.
I ran a full check with HD Tune and it found no errors.
The attachments include the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder & the PERFMON HTML file.
Note: the memory dump that is dated 2nd September IS NOT related to this issue. The memory dump on the 2nd September relates to some new, additional memory which caused Windows to not boot. OCZ said to run memtest86 and it found errors, so this new memory is being RMA'd.
I could not find a memory dump that related to this issue this morning - I looked in Windows/Minidump and for Windows/MEMORY.DMP.
When I checked the memory dump settings on "Startup and recovery", it was set to "Kernel". I've since changed this setting to "Small memory dump".
Q1. Can anyone offer any advice on what this issue relates to?
Q2. What should I do?
Thanks in advance for any help offered.
Regards,
Rave
