BSOD "irql_not_less_or_equal" + Hotfixes Problem in Safe Mode

Hi
I recently got the BSOD problem with "irql_not_less_or_equal" term. I found some hotfixes in microsoft website that installing them can help me fix this problem.
Unfortunately, these hotfixes need to perform in normal mode (with "windows update service" enabled) but I can't access normal mode because I recieved the BSOD in normal mode and I can only boot in "safe mode", and in "safe mode" the "windows update service" can't be enabled.

These are the hotfixes that are related to my problem:
Quote:
Windows6.1-KB976746-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB978571-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB979444-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB979711-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB979903-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB2547257-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB2549036-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB2582260-x86.msu

When I executed these hotfixes, I received this error:
"installer encountered an error: 0x8007043c"
"this service cannot be started in safe mode"

Can you show me a solution to install these hotfixes in "safe mode" ?

(I already tried adding the following registry item "REG ADD “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\
Minimal\MSIServer” /VE /T REG_SZ /D “Service” net start msiserver" and also tried "SafeMSI.exe" tool, but they didn't help me")

UPDATE: I downloaded "Windows_NT6_BSOD_v3.03_jcgriff2_.exe" and executed it in safe mode and attached the result.

I also tried the "System Health Report" (perfmon /report), but it couldn't generate the report and gave me the following error:
"An error occured while attempting to generate the report"

System information:

Windows 7 x86 SP1 Ultimate Retail
CPU: Intel i7 930
MB: AsRock X58 Extreme3
GPU: PNY 470
RAM: 2x2 GB XMS Corsair
PSU: Corsair 750W

thank you...

These were all memory exceptions Related to a cmdguard.sys COMODO Firewall Pro Sandbox Driver. I would remove comodo and replace with Microsoft Security essentials.

Now that we have removed comodo these were Related to ha20x2k.sys Creative 20X HAL (WDM) from Creative Technology. Yours is 1+ years old. I would re-install with newest.

thanks for your reply. but:

1- I have the latest final driver for my creative x-fi xtreme music (the last one is at the beta stage)

2- I finally found the driver that caused this problem --> (wacom) :

I tried the "clean boot" mode and finally I could boot in normal mode.
In normal mode, I tried to install all the hotfixes (that I mentioned in the first post) but only the last three of them can be installed. After installing the hotfixes, I restarted to normal mode (with all services and startups enabled) but I still got the BSOD error [So the hotfixes didn't help me]

Then I tried to use the "clean boot" again with disabling services one by one and restarting the windows each time. And after some restarts, finally I found the root of my problem. It is related to the driver of my "Wacom Pen and Touch" tablet (v5.2.4.6) and after disabling and uninstalling it's driver, the BSOD gone...

OK - It's a bit late but I finally found the solution to my problem So I thought it is good to write the solution here so maybe it would help others (p.s: Wacom was not my problem):

There was a malware (with hard disk label name) that caused this problem. I downloaded the Kasspersky TDSSKiller and scanned with it, it found the malware and asked for restart; After the restart, malware destroyed and the BSOD problem solved.
