BSOD playing games dxgmms1.sys

Hello

I have been having BSOD problems for a long time, but even after reinstalling OS and changing my GPU it didn't change anything. Before I reinstalled windows a few days ago, it only happend once every day when i was in a game like Starcraft 2 or Rift. But after formatting and reinstalling, it seems to be occuring more frequently, but still in games only.
I have tried reinstalling my grafic card drivers, but didn't seem to help. Also did a RAM test but they didn't seem to be the issue either.

Using Windows 7 professional 64 bit
It is not the original installed OS
The machine is around 2 years old, except for a new GPU (1 week old)
Reinstalled OS 2 days ago.

edit: I took out 2 of my RAM block out to manually test them.
