    Flashed my BIOS again last night and let the pc run Prime95 overnight... no BSOD yet ( 12 hours more or less, personal best )...
    I'll wait some other time but I REALLY think you've found the problem Jonathan_King!

    Edit : PSU is an Enermax Modu82+ II, never had a problem with it and already changed it for a test, last thing I can change ( and I have not changed yet ) is the CPU and CPU/GPU/CASE Fans.

    Well guys, it's been more than three days running without a single crash or BSOD... I can safely say it was the bios!

    Good evening guys. I know this is an old post but i got the exact same problem. I got a Toshiba Satellite L500D-163 with Win7 Ultimate x64 SP1. After a fresh install of Win i just got a random BSOD.

    It is in Greek but i guess you need the numbers. Haaaaalp.

    Oh while typing the problem i just got another BSOD. Cool.. " Memory Management problem"

    I'm running memtest right now. Any other suggestions?

    /edit. So far i got 163.520 errors and counting. I'm going to try playing with ram modules to see if any one is faulty.
