Hello,
Just some computer info before I get started..
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit
Mobo: Asus M4A89GTD Pro
CPU: AMD Phenom II x6 1055t
Ram: 2x2gb Patriot viper II & 2x4gb GSkill RipjawsX both running at 1600 mhz
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 6870
PSU: Corsair CMPSU-750tx
NO OVERCLOCKING WAS DONE. ALL PARTS ARE RUNNING AT STOCK SPEEDS.
The problem I have been having generally occurs when I exit something like a game (ex. Bad Company 2, Crysis) although there is no measurable time between when the BSODs happen. Sometimes several weeks apart sometimes 3 days. I have also not been able to find a way to repeat the issue. Playing Bad Company 2 for 2 hours straight then closing the game rarely causes an issue, same goes for crysis.
Tests I have ran to test hardware stability:
Prime95
OCCT
Heaven Benchmark
MSI Kombustor
3d Mark 11
Memtest86+ v4.10
If there are any more I cant think of them right now, I have run all of these test for a mixture of minutes/hours and have never had a problem or fault running them. I also do video encoding which requires a lot of time and CPU power, a 2 hour HD video clip will spend up to 3-4 hours encoding and put all my cores up to 100% I have never had my computer BSOD during an encoding process.
Underneath is the info stored in the MiniDump from the BSOD.

Any help would be appreciated, I just want to find a way to replicate the problem so that I can fix it.
If there's any other info that I can post just let me know.
Thanks in advance!
