    It is always a "Power State Failure". Thanks in advance for any help

    AiCharger.sys is the cause - an Asus program named AiCharger (may also be a part of the Asus AISuite).
    Please visit the Asus website to download the latest version of the program.
    Uninstall the current copy of the program and install the freshly downloaded copy.
