BSOD 1031 /Pink Screen?

    BSOD 1031 /Pink Screen?


    Hello and Good day to everyone !


    Recently my pc started crashing almost daily... this time instead of a blue screen,i get a pink one ,you can read the specific error just a little below.

    I would really need some help, if you could take a look at my mini dump file ,i would really appreciate it !

    since this report i uninstalled the antilogger software, but to be honest, i received the errors even before i installed the software at the first place.

    Hi Dan dan welcome to SF :)

    Please uninstall Hotspot shield from your system.
    Hotspot Shield

    Finish with this step and post back with any results.

    Ok,i will uninstall Hotspot shield.

    thank you for the suggestion.

    one more thing though, could you explain me why i get a pink screen instead of a blue one?

    This in some cases is related to graphic card conflict,(this time probably during the crash).

    Though now we must wait and ofcurse remember to post back with any results.

    Tip: In meantime update everything in your system,software\drivers,graphic card and ofcurse windows using the windows update. :)
