BSOD on reboot at login screen

My laptop crashed last night after AVG caught and removed a threat. Unfortunately I did not see what the threat was or which file was removed. Now whenever I reboot the laptop it freezes at the user login screen and gives me the BSOD and reboots.

I can thankfully load in safe mode so I have been trying to figure out what the problem is. I'm hoping you guys can help with that. Because I am only in safe mode, I cannot load the Performance Logs & Alerts to attach the file but I have included the dump info.

I tried system restore twice and neither time did it resolve my problem.

Is Windows 7 . . . - x86 (32-bit) - the original installed OS on the system? YES - an OEM or full retail version? OEM Home Premium - What is the age of system (hardware)? 6 months - What is the age of OS installation 6 months - I was not provided a Win 7 disc or cannot find it

If it helps, this is what Windbg gave me after I put the most recent dump file into it.
