Okay when I looked on device manager it said it was up to date. Should I uninstall then reinstall?
And can I do that in safe mode?
    Thanks :)

Don't update drivers using the device manager, but always check on the manufacturer's(Nvidia) website for the latest version

The thing is I install (update) my drivers then I did advance and checked the "Clean Installation" and it removes the current one then restarts my computer.
But it will then Restart my computer JUST FINE like its not in safe mode anymore. After it updates and reinstalls the drivers again it suggests to restart my computer. When i do i get the blue screen again :/

Okay so I downloaded and ran the OCCT and right away it said my graphics card could not suppor the GPU:memtest. Something about direct3d I think but I already tried to download direct3d it said I already had it.

So I ran CPU: OCCT and it worked fine

Then I ran GPU:OCCT and it has an error right away with the: 3.3V, 5V, 12V, CPU1 Temp, VCore

Do you think my graphics card burned out or what? Thanks

Their is most probably a defect in the GPU, you should RMA your graphics card
