Random BSOD error 0x0000001E win7

Edit: Sorry attached the wrong files before. Re-attached files per instructions here and simplified specs. Left original post below but here are the basics.

Windows 7
64 bit
Vista 32 bit original OS
Windows 7 is home premium upgrade from original OS
Age= 3.5 years
Just upgraded to Windows 7 a couple weeks ago
8GB Ram/ original 3 GB- just upgraded last week
Gateway Intel q6600 2.4ghz

My system is 4 years old and was a prefab. I recently bought an upgrade for Windows 7 x64. I used to have Vista 32. Main reason, besides I hate vista, was so that I could upgrade my 3 GB RAM to 8. So I custom installed and got Windows 7 running. Got 4 2 GB chips of RAM and installed. Worked fine for a couple days. I then installed Norton and would get BSOD every time i did a full scan. It would NOT BSOD in safe mode with a full scan. It would also BSOD at random times if I left my computer on and left the room... come back in an hour and it's at the BSOD.

Ok, so I figure its Norton not playing nice. So dump that completely using symantec removal tool. It seems to do the trick for a day. Then suddenly tonight it does it to me randomly (clicked to open a Chrome window). So reboot leave it alone... come back in an hour and BSOD is up. Ok reboot, decide to play a game (Dark Age of Camelot). I play for about an hour and BSOD while playing.

I have done memory tests and they all come back saying it is good. I tried a chkdsk scan and had no issues. I tried updating drivers for EVERYTHING and they are all good it says. I have thoroughly scanned my computer with several AVs and anti-malware programs and clean.

Only problem I found was a PCI simple communications device had an error graphic on it under device manager. I couldn't find any drivers and I think it is a modem I never use that came with the computer... I'm guessing it's outdated and not supported by Win 7. I just disabled that before I came here so see if that helps for whatever reason.

Anyway, any help appreciated greatly. I attached my dmp files as a winrar .zip. I hope that works. I'm not a genius when it comes to these things so hope that works.

Thanks.
