BSOD nearly everytime i start my PC

Well, everytime i start my PC i will have a 80% chance of encountering BSOD ._.
so usually i just put my pc to sleep. However, i just got this BSOD:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
Locale ID: 3081

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 9088
BCP1: FFFFF880048F88C0
BCP2: FFFFF880048F88C4
BCP3: FFFFF880048F88D0
BCP4: FFFFF880048F88D4
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1

i believe its something to do with my video card hard drive becoz it recommend me to install a video hard drive. The point is i had tried to install it before but my pc when funny and messed up after i install it, i was forced to get it reFormat D:

is there any way i could fix it??? i would try to look for other BSOD detail and post it up :S

Might want to ask the MODS/admin to move this to the BSOD section (use red triangle)

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

Since updating to SP-1 your crashes were Related to iaStor.sys Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver - ia32. I would re-install it with newest version available.

That is the driver but since it is that old you need to install it in compatibility mode.
(right click the installer>properties>compatibility>choose vista)
