Is Windows 7 . . . - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64 - the original installed OS on the system? N/A - an OEM or full retail version? Full Retail - OEM = came pre-installed on system - Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer - What is the age of system (hardware)? less than 1 month - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) less than 1 month

Windows 7 Ultimate x86

The problem appears to be the hard drive ( several times your oodefrag was involved)
so I'd like you to check the HDDS with this:
SeaTools for DOS | Seagate
and then after this tut: Disk Check

Since some crashes look like they're memory related please test them like this:
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

report back with your findings

If you see NtfsExceptionFilter on the stack then the 2nd and 3rd
parameters are the exception record and context record. Do a .cxr
on the 3rd parameter and then kb to obtain a more informative stack
    trace.

actually.. my PC is currently OC'ed .. .and I don't know if it's stable....

but since you've reported that my harddrive is failing... maybe I'll have to check on that..

Thanks!

Now that you mention it...OC is likely the cause of your problem by disrupting the internal data flow on the bus (which explains the indifferent crash results. It's rare that two main components fail just at the same time.
If the other tests don't bring any negative results, just dial back the OC gradually until the computer runs stable again and keep an eye on the temperature as well.
I never understood the need or purpose of OC esp. with todays fast CPUs. But that's just me

just wanna try to squeeze more juice from my cpu. since Im a multimedia artist. so I need faster cloks for rendering and for learning purposes. its a q8200 cpu and it's quite lame in OC. (as searches yield).
