BSOD Playing BF3 Beta

Hi,

Lately I've been just going through hell with my computer. Get that out of the way.

About 2 months ago, my computer's mother board completely failed on me, so I had a new one completely installed. (Had professionals do it, I don't mess with the inside). So I had that paid to get done. After getting the computer back, everything seemed fine, until I was trying to play a game called APB (All Points Bulletin), which I could play for maybe 1 hour to 1 hour and half before receiving a Blue Screen, however figured out the problem there. (Video card over-heating.). My first fix was to just get the card cooled down by placing an outside fan on the side of the computer with the case open, completely fixed the issue. Could play the game for whatever. My second fix to take the fan out of the equation, purchasing and having installed a new Power Supply, as well as a new Video Card. APB runs great with no issues whats so ever.

However, before the Video Card and Power SUpply upgrade, I could run BF3 for 5 - 10 minutes, but I'd always quit, because the FPS lag was horrible. Wasn't any point. After the upgrade, Runs very smooth, looks great, but after 2 minutes of playing I receive a BSOD.

The BSOD Report and Health Report are attached, I don't understand any of it, so please give any advice you can. I read some of the other threads, so I'm kinda excited to see what you can find. Much appreciated.

Thank You,
Mike

EDIT, Forgot my System Specs,
