    explorer.exe - Application Error (0xc000007b)

Happened after I replaced an explorerframe with one from a visual style. I have the original one in my documents folder. I was going to try and put it back, but I have no taskbar and if I try to get into a directory through Run (I use the list given after entering \) it says class not registered.

I got this computer from Rent-A-Center, so no windows CD. Can't restore because I don't have any restore points. The only thing I can think of is a factory restore, which I don't really want to do. Not sure what else to do.

I also have no access to my desktop or anything of the sort. It's just a gray screen with task manager, chrome, and anything else I can run from task manager.

Edit: I originally created this in the wrong board, but I'm not sure how to delete it!

Run an sfc/scannow command three times in an elevated command prompt using the below tutorial. This should fix it.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
