Red tint On Personalisation screen icons
Hi im new on here but I would like to know if anyone has come across this issue.
I've installed Windows 7 64 Home premium on a Gigabyte M68MT-S2P it has an Nvidia 7025 GFX card GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket AM3 - GA-M68MT-S2P (rev. 3.0). With an Athlon II x2 4450e CPU 2GB DDR3 1333mhz.
Once finished I went to the personalisation settings but noticed the red tint on the icons [see attached].
The other issue im seeing is ie9 seems to be mis-interpreting web pages i.e. buttons and icons missing but no hint of this with Chrome.
I have no idea what it could be, ive changed the drivers to the latest ones but no effect, updated the BIOS. Whats strange is that it still occurs in safe mode and there is no hint of it with a Ubuntu Live CD.
Ive also changed the Monitor for a Completely brand new one but still it appears.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
