BSOD for a while now Fresh install and I get another one

First off I think it's my graphic card drivers that have been giving me problems so in a fresh install I hoped to fix that but I had one BSOD last night. I would be thankful if someone could have a quick look at my dumps. It says I'm not using a virus program in the file but I am using Microsoft Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.

Installed my Drivers in Driver Genius.

Operating System 64 bit Windows 7 Retail.

    Using a Radeon Hd5670

    Who Crashed gave me this.

This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x80640)
    Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF800031A7909, 0xFFFFF88003FE1A50, 0x0)
    Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

Just had another BSOD whilst watching a Video on my pc.

On Sat 08/10/2011 13:06:44 GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\100811-36613-01.dmp
    uptime: 00:33:28
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x7CC40)
    Bugcheck code: 0x1A (0x41287, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0)
    Error: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred.
This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

    Hi -

The 0x1a = memory management error & could be RAM. Run memtest86+ -
    Run memtest86+ - http://www.techsupportforum.com/2863029-post5.html

0x3b could also be RAM, given the 0xc0000005 exception = memory access violation.

The 0xc..5 could also involve a rogue driver.

See if Driver Verifier flags a 3rd party driver - http://www.sysnative.com/0x1/Driver_Verifier.htm

It needs to run 1 stick at a time; alternate the slots.

    Hi

I ran the tests and Memtest comes back fine for both sticks individually. I have had a few Blue Screens since the weekend but not as many as I was getting. Last night it crashed whilst Verifier was running so I have uploaded the files and It would be great if someone could have a look at them.
