Random BSOD, IRQL not less or equal

Gateway NV59 series laptop
Intel Core i5 430m
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Original OEM version
Laptop and Windows install are 1 1/2 years old

Installed new RAM about a month ago. Ran fine until about a week and a half ago, started getting BSODs. Usually blue screens once after laptop has been on for 5 minutes or so. After reboot, runs fine until next boot or after going to sleep. Windows memory diagnostic showed no errors, Memtest just starts up, then system reboots.

Its very likely a RAM problem, dumps indicate Memory Corruption, you should replace that RAM if its still under warranty

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000001007, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80003602348, address which referenced memory
