    Boot Degradation and BSOD issue


    Hi,

    I get the boot degradation error in three types when i start my PC.

    At the same time i have blue screen(BSOD) issue also.

    Below is the error message,

    Uninstall kaspersky from your system.


    Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials


    Update your windows using windows update.


    Update all your software\drivers.



    Finish
    with the above steps and post back with any results.

    Hi Panais,

    Its quite good i didn't face the Blue screen issue till now. Removed anti virus kaspersky as advised.

    i cant able to update my software/drivers which as provided by DELL via CD it says it is not compatible.Mine is 64 bit it is 32 bit version i think.

    can you help me out to update my driver software.

    Did you update your windows using windows update?


    Did you had\have again any new bsod?

    To Reply to your question i have updated all the windows software via windows update and just now i received NEW BSOD error. 5min before....

    To add some more(when the displays goes off) on this when i lock the computer by pressing (Windows+L).

    And it goes to sleep mode and then if i press power button it displays properly and prompts me for password. And i work again.

    This how i work temporarily.
