    Winsdow 7 BSOD error 0x00000050


    Hi,im new and hope u guy can help me. My PC keep randoming BSOD , sometime it does when i open firefox , plug a usb ,or just BSOD when i turn on my pc.
    Im using Windows7 64 bit Full Retail
    My system age is about 2 - 3 ages . The last time i reinstall Windows is 10days ago

    Hi Felosse welcome to SF :)

    Uninstall any virtual driver software like daemon tools,alcohol....


    Download and use the SPTD_uninstaller to uninstall sptd from your system.


    You need to update your,


    NetGroup Packet Filter software\driver, part of the WinPcap packet capture library.

    Finish
    with the above steps and post back with any results.

    Thank for your help but there still BSOD
    I did all the above step
    uninstalled SPTD Driver
    Update Winpcap
    but when i plug my usb in my comp BSOD , i use bluescreenview and it say caused by ntoskrnl.exe. i also uploaded my new BSOD DUMP & file system collection
