    Blank logon screen

Okay, so let me start from the begining.
I was trying to clean up my regedit, and deleted a program on there that I wanted to get rid of. After that I went out of the regedit, and wanted to go back in to check everything was okay, wheen I tried to go back in it said the file could not be found. So I restarted my computer only to find that my logon screen was blank, the blue windows backround is still visible, but other than the mouse cusor, thats it, no user names and no shut down options-nothing. I literally can't click anywhere to go anywhere? I'm really lost on what to do.

Any help would be much appreciated-Thank you in advance.
