BSOD and Freezing 0x0000000a IRQL_less_or_equal ntoskrnl.exe+7cc40

Hello, thank you for reading my post.
I have built a new computer that I am very happy with, but I have been getting BSOD's and the system will sometimes freeze during OF Dragon Rising. An interesting note, I disabled my onboard sound card and during gameplay of OF Dragon Rising the game crashed, but not the system.

I've run some tests below, I really don't think this is a hardware issue, but maybe a driver or incompatibility issue of sorts. Anyway, anyone out there have some ideas to throw at me that would be great! I'll keep poking around in the meantime, thank you!

SFC /scannow completed without error
MemTest86 ran14 passes without error
EVGA OC Scanner without error
PC Mark7 Score 4850 multiple runs without error
Not heat issues
No voltage issues
