Windows 7: BSOD after new video card installation

I just installed a new video card (ATI RADEON HD 5670) and have been experiencing what seem to be random reboots on my computer. I have checked both the CPU temperature and purchased a new power supply (600 watt) and neither of these have helped. Here are my specs:

And yes, Windows 7 came with this computer, it is only about a year old, and I have not installed it more than once. I have attached the files asked in the instructions.
