I have 2 video cards ati 4800 and 5450. If I uninstall the current software will my monitors then not work after that. The ati website says I have the most recent drivers installed

You don't need Uniblue Driver Scanner. Driver updaters should never be used for Windows 7. They usually tend to causes instability.
Panais is correct, your AMD Display driver is outdated, it is indeed the cause of your BSODs. It is strongly recommended that you update to the latest version(v11.9)

thank you all for your help. It is much appreciated. I have done as instructed and I will let you know how it works out. I never mentioned that I have this set up as dual boot with 2 different drives, one win 7 and the other xp pro. I also am using with 3 monitors only through xp and one on win 7

No I am not overclocking. The two video card are ati HD4800 and HD5450. The system has worked fine up until about 4 weeks ago
