    BSOD! Please help? Files included & posted according to instructions.


    Is Windows 7...
    - 64x
    - Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit is the Original Installed OS
    - OEM
    - 4/12/10 = system & OS age
    - Did a System Recovery & Reinstalled once about 9-10 months ago


    I was watching a show on Hulu 2 nights ago, and out of nowhere it crashed & came back with a BlueScreen Error message ( details listed below ). I also had problems connecting to my internet that day. I recently ( around 2 weeks ago ) upgraded from Norton Internet Security 2011 to Norton 360. I know how busy you all are, and I greatly appreciate any & all help.

    I just got this message from problem reporting b/c the action center told me to troubleshoot unknown problems?!? Please help!

    It says They don't know the cause of this problem. I have attached a screenshot of the details of this problem. I don't know if it is related to my BlueScreen message. I neeeeed help please! Attachment 179637

    The cause is your Graphics driver, it is outdated
    Update it ATI Radeon

    Note that TDR116 is also caused by hardware defects such as a RAM problem
    Do a RAM Test

    It started crashing again as soon as I downloaded & tried to install the new drivers. I did a full system recovery, so my computer is back to new again. Your help was greatly appreciated no matter what yowanvista. Thank you again.
