I recently started getting that BSOD after installing AntiVir 2012. It's a headache one.
Few things to check in the bios.
Are you running your ram at 1.5v?
What do you have running in the background?

One of your RAM sticks may contain defects, you should run the Memtest on each stick individually to identify the culpritI ran Memtest86 for 11 hours this time, and 1 error was revealed.
Ram is running at 1.50000V. Only background programs are Steam & Origin (Game platforms), NVIDIA control panel, and AI Suite (Motherboard Monitor). No antivirus or anti-malware.
Uninstall AI Suite completely, see if the BSOD goes. It's notorious for BSODs, they apparently released an update to correct it but I haven't touched it since.
