KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR followed by failure to detect SSD

Was playing World of Warcraft, FPS dropped to 0, but mouse was still movable. After waiting a minute, I tabbed out & read a chrome window I already had open to wait it out.

A few minutes pass, and after trying to make WoW the active window again by clicking on it's icon on the taskbar, windows explorer froze up as well, and I knew something was wrong.

A minute or so later the computer bluescreened:

KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR
STOP 0x0000007A

Windows was (presumably) unable to save the dump file to the hard drive, it simply hung at the "trying to initialize hard drive" or whatever.

After doing a reboot, the POST screen hangs while trying to detect hard drives, and then eventually attempts to boot off the next choice in the boot priority list (it booted my W7 install USB drive). After rebooting again, I noticed that it does not show up in the boot device list (BBS screen) and I assume it does not in BIOS as well.

Help much appreciated.

Edit:
Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
- the original installed OS on the system? Reinstall after new mobo (which was causing BSODs, see my post history), which is also when I installed the SSD.
- an OEM or full retail version? Microsoft Partner Version, not sure which that is.
- What is the age of system (hardware)? 1 month for SSD/mobo, 9-10 months for everything else.
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) Approx 1 month.

Edit: Just thought I'd throw in my own opinion. Looks like total drive failure to me.

Booted up fine just now (almost 3 hours later). Will post updates as they happen.

For now, I'm going to backup everything I can.

Had the same BSOD again last night:

Playing World of Warcraft with Ventrilo open. In the middle of a boss fight; about half way through Ventrilo goes totally quiet. I continue to execute the strategy, etc, and eventually the boss dies. As soon as the boss died, I heard the entire vent conversation of the second half of the fight all at the same time, and then a couple seconds later my computer BSOD'd (same error code as OP). Was able to boot back up right away after the crash and kept going.

Since then I've had 5-30 second soft lockups. For example, I click a link and open a new tab in Chrome or navigate to a new page. It hangs for a little while like my connection dropped, and then Chrome locks up (like it's "not responding") and then shortly after it stops and the page has finished loading.

Attached is the normal BSOD stuff.

Hoping to find some sort of attempt at a solution before it gets to the point of complete failure. Bump.
