Virtually all of these blamed on tcpip.sys. You have several old drivers that may in fact be the issue

    Old drivers needing update
    Code:
    SSPORT.sys 8/11/2005 7:07:32 PM fffff880`08631000 fffff880`08639000 0x00008000 0x42fbda34
    PxHlpa64.sys 12/10/2007 7:49:01 PM fffff880`00eb3000 fffff880`00ebeae0 0x0000bae0 0x475dd06d
    adfs.SYS 6/26/2008 4:52:37 PM fffff880`02c71000 fffff880`02c89000 0x00018000 0x48640195
    netr7364.sys 3/12/2009 11:13:08 PM fffff880`08400000 fffff880`084b6000 0x000b6000 0x49b9cf44

    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
